Qualification:
Professor: Ph.D, with PG First Class, Consistent academic record
Minimum 10 years,4 years as Associate Professor in IIM, IIT etc
Associate Professor: Ph.D, with PG First Class, Consistent academic record
Minimum 6 years, 3 years as Assistant Professor/in senior management position
Assistant Professor: Ph.D, with PG First Class, Consistent academic record
Minimum 3 years (Academic/Managerial)
Guest Faculty : There is also an opportunity for those who want to share their experiences as Guest Faculty. Guest Faculty remuneration will be based on the number of hours of engagement and the honorarium rates of the Institute. At present the rate is Rs.4000 per hour for PGP and Rs.3000 per hour for executive programmes.
