Recruitment Of Assessor In VWDT( Ministry of Water Resources) Feb 2011

It is proposed to prepare a panel of suitable candidates for filling up post of
Assessors in the Vansadhara Water Disputes Tribunal (VWDT) on deputation
(including short term contract ) or re-employment basis. The terms and conditions
of appointment will be regulated in accordance with Inter-State Water Disputes
Rule, 1959 as amended from time to time. The description of posts and eligibility
criteria are at Annexure-I. Proforma for Applications is at Annexure-II.
Applications in prescribed proforma be forwarded by the
Organisations/Departments concerned to the Deputy Commissioner (BM), Ministry
of Water Resources, Room No. 428-B,Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New
Delhi – 110 001 within 60 days from the date of issue of the Circular in the
Employment News.
Name of the post: Assessor:02 posts- Pay Scale- HAG Rs.67,000/-79,000/- (increment @ 3% perannum)

Eligibility Criteria for the post:
Officers under the Central/StateGovernments/PSUs/Autonomous/SemiGovt./Statutory Organizations etc.holding analogous post on regularbasis in the parent cadre/deptt. of
With 3 years regular service in the parent cadre/Deptt. in the pay scale of PB-4 Rs.37,400-67,000/-+ GP Rs.10,000/-(or equivalent in pre-revisedscale) and
Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:i) B.E. (Civil) from a recognizedUniversity or equivalentii) Having at least fifteen years’experience in irrigation projects/Watermanagement/inter-State waterdisputes.
